Through her private practice, TimeforUS, she has helped countless individuals navigate the complexities of relationships, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth are possible.
Passionate about making therapy more accessible and less stigmatized, Tamara created Musing of Minds, an online platform that provides resources, community, and encouragement for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Recognizing the need for couples to reconnect in meaningful ways, she founded TimeforTwo, where she hosts transformative couples retreats and curated date nights designed to reignite the spark and strengthen bonds.
Beyond these intimate gatherings, Tamara organizes events for both couples and singles to connect, explore, and heal together, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding that extends beyond the therapy room.
Whether individuals are seeking to enhance their relationships, deepen their self-awareness, or simply find a supportive community, Tamara is there to guide them with compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
