WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Select Your Service or Event
Step 2: Pick A Date/Time for your appointment or event and press continue. If there is only one time, click on that time and press select and continue
Step 3: Click off Consents/Waivers/Agreements.
Step 4: Click complete appointment or pay now or enter coupon or eTransfer.
Step 5: Your event/appointment details will be sent to the email you used to register.
To Cancel or Reschedule:
At the bottom of your confirmation email there are 3 options in brown. The first is to 'Reschedule/Change/Cancel appointment'. By clicking that option, you will be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment and receive a full refund. If it is 24hours or less, the day of your appointment, you WILL NOT be able to change your appointment due to our cancelation policy.
